This welder adopts hot wedge heating style ,it is suitable for welding 0.2mm to 1.5mm thickness HDPE PVC PP EVA material for ponds farming mining landfill tunnels tents tarpaulins waterproofing projects.
There are silicone rollers and steel rollers available ,silicone rollers is for welding 0.2mm to 1.0mm thickness ,steel rollers is for welding 1.0mm to 1.5mm thickness.
Hot wedge is copper and when it welds HDPE,it is stailness steel when welds PVC.

Detailed Feature

1.Control box: It adopts advanced feedback type intelligent control system with high accuracy

2.Pressure adjustment: A unique pressure adjustment mechanism, which can be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the membrane material to achieve the best welding state.

3.Heating system: Special alloy hot wedge and high power heating element make good heating effect.

4.Pressure roller structure: Imported silicone pressure rollers, with good elasticity, high temperature resistance, strong wear resistance, suitable for welding membrane thickness below 1.0mm.

5.Steel wheel structure: steel knurled press wheel, anti-slip and wear-resistant. Suitable for welding membrane thickness above 1.0mm.

Imported motor: It adopts imported motor and has a long service life.
